Progress Report on the sequel novel that is going to continue about a year after An Otherwise Perfect Plan

Currently titled "An Otherwise Perfect Summer" the sequel is moving along quite nicely, and I'll try and keep you updated here

My stomach growls this time, loudly, threatening to climb out of my body and head over to the dining hall by itself if I don’t get a move on it. Yeah, little does it know that nobody would serve a disembodied stomach, and it would probably just get a lot of screaming rather than actual food. So, yeah, I’m not particularly worried.
Though given this whole train of thought, maybe I should be.

It's the summer after Gwen and her Mom's first full year at Yale, and Gwen's mom has been offered a writing fellowship on the (both real and simultaneously fictional) island of Glenhaeven. Mr. Ink has extended his personal invitation for Gwen and Peter to come along as well, as his personal guests, and Gwen is absolutely thrilled by the whole deal.

But they are utterly unprepared for what they find there, and the deepening relationship between Peter and Gwen is tested in ways they'd never even imagined.
